Amenities

Yes. With parking, we can only offer one parking spot per apartment due to limited space.

A washer and dryer are in each unit.

All utilities are separate from rent.

We ask residents to have packages sent to their door; at times, we may sign and hold for residents.

There are fees only if residents do not clean up the lounge.

Pet Policy

We are just a cat-friendly community; we do not allow dogs.

$35 a month pet rent. One-time deposit of $300 & $150 of that is refundable.

Nothing specific, only a 2-cat limit. Hopefully, they are not that large. LOL

Maintenance

Once someone moves out, we have vendors that come in to paint the apartment, take care of the carpets & clean the apartment. Maintenance does touch-ups as needed as well.

You will need to put in a maintenance request either through the portal or the Towne Resident app.

By priority, they have mobile maintenance and see every work order.

No, as long as you permit them to enter, you do not have to be in the apartment.

Maintenance on call comes and lets you into the apartment.

Yes, as long as it is returned to what it was when one moved in, that is fine. Charges may apply if not.
